I am Sanjib Kumar Mohanty, a multidisciplinary professional, consultant, mentor and author with more than 25 years of practical experience across corporate management, project consultancy, business development, legal practice, quality management, international projects, digital transformation and entrepreneurship. My journey has been shaped not by one profession, one industry or one designation, but by a continuous process of learning, solving problems, managing challenges, building systems and creating value. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse assignments in India and international environments, including projects and organizations connected with shipping and marine operations, manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, international business and entrepreneurship.

As a Project Consultant and Management Professional, I work at the intersection of ideas, strategy and execution. My experience includes project conceptualization, feasibility analysis, technical and financial evaluation, business planning, project implementation, organizational systems, HR transformation, quality management, process improvement, business development and risk management. I believe a good project is not simply a well-written proposal. It must be capable of moving from concept to implementation, implementation to operation, and operation to sustainable results.
Legal Practice
I am also an Advocate and Legal Consultant. My legal education and professional practice have added another dimension to the way I understand business and projects — through contracts, documentation, compliance, rights, responsibilities and risk. I believe that sound professional decisions require both commercial understanding and awareness of their legal and ethical implications.
Digital Transformation & Digital Marketing
Digital technology became another important chapter of my journey. When I entered Digital Marketing, I did not see it merely as another career or marketing skill. I saw its potential to give individuals, professionals and businesses access to knowledge, technology, markets and opportunities that were previously difficult to reach. This vision eventually led to the creation of Digital Shakti Academy. Today, my work in this area extends beyond Digital Marketing into AI, digital transformation, marketing automation, online business systems and practical technology implementation.

Writing has become an important part of my professional journey. I am developing two interconnected series of books and structured learning systems covering digital capability, business, entrepreneurship, knowledge mastery, human values, responsible decision-making and legacy creation. My objective is not simply to write books containing information — I want to create frameworks that people can understand, practise and apply in real life.

My role as a mentor brings together everything I have learned through my professional journey. I do not believe that a mentor should create permanent dependence. A mentor should help a person develop the ability to think independently, identify opportunities, solve problems, make responsible decisions and create results.
